Hotel Accommodation

The organizing committee has secured the special reduced rates for accommodation in the main partner hotel, SONO CALM GOYANG. It was selected after careful consideration of several factors including distance from the venue, security, moderate price, convenient traffic situation, etc.
Reservations can be made by submitting the reservation form to the hotel directly. In order to secure a reservation, please fill out the reservation form with all requested information and send it directly to the hotel reservation via e-mail (rsvn.goyang@daemyungsono.com).

Reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on the availability.

Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Credit cards are pre-authorized (not charged) upon check-in on the arrival. If the card is declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest, however cannot guarantee the booking without a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy: The hotel operates a 72 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the first night room rate will be charged to the above credit card. No refund for cancellation or no-show.

The above room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 10% V.A.T.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time after 3 p.m. and Check-out time before 11 a.m.
High-speed Internet LAN connections and wireless Internet available for free.
